What our engineer does on site
We measure the usable roof area, note the orientation and tilt, and photograph every obstruction — water tanks, stairwells, parapet walls, neighbouring buildings and trees. In dense Karachi neighbourhoods like Gulshan, Nazimabad or North Karachi, shading from adjacent plots is usually the single biggest factor in real output.
We inspect the slab or shed structure to judge whether it can carry an MS elevated structure, and check the distance from roof to the proposed inverter and DB location, since long DC runs cost money and efficiency.
Reading your load, not guessing it
We ask for the last 12 K-Electric bills. Karachi tariffs are slabbed, so the value of a solar unit depends on which slab you are sitting in. From those bills we build a monthly consumption curve and match it against Karachi's irradiation profile.
We also record your critical loads — fridge, fans, lights, water pump, medical equipment — because that list, not the total load, decides your battery size.
What you receive
A written survey summary with roof capacity in kW, estimated annual generation, shading notes and any civil or electrical work that needs to happen first. No pressure, no obligation, and the survey stays free whether or not you order.
